Aug. 1987 Opening of branch office in Hamburg and founding of Thermotraffic Holland BV, Rotterdam, with Peter Kraan as Managing Director
April 1988 Move of Oldenburg branch office to Bremen
Aug. 1989 Heinrich Peter Loos sells his shares to Nichirei Corporation, Tokyo and becomes CEO for all Thermotraffic Group companies in Europe until his retirement in June 2009
März 1990 Opening of Thermotraffic Holland BV, NL – Venlo
Juli 1990 Opening of branch office in Munich
Jan. 1992 Acquisition of Extenso BV (seaport forwarding) by Thermotraffic Holland BV, Rotterdam
Dez. 1992 Completion of new Thermotraffic GmbH head office in Versmold
Sept. 1993 Opening of UK representative office in Dover, now in Bedford
Mai 1994 Move of Thermotraffic Holland BV, Rotterdam to offices in the new Eurofrigo complex (with customs and veterinary control) in Distripark Eemhaven, Rotterdam
Dez. 2004 Founding of Thermotraffic Belgium in Antwerp
Dez. 2004 Opening of distribution centre in Groß Ippener
Nov. 2005 Move of Hamburg branch office to the Frigo Coldstore Logistics complex in the Altenwerder Container Terminal
Jan. 2009 Opening of branch office in Bremerhaven in Container Terminal 2
Juli 2009 Opening of France representative office in F – 62 St. Laurent Blangy/Arras
Juli 2009 Transfer of activities of Bremen location to Bremerhaven
Sept. 2010 Thermotraffic GmbH establishes its own Container Trucking division
